I don't think two monk levels are a good idea. Giving up two levels of spellcasting hurts. As a half-elf, especially with your charisma, you've got the makings of a diplomat, so take advantage of that. For feats, I'd recommend getting your required Skill Focus out of the way right now. That leaves one feat. Since you're going to a pclass that doesn't give turning (which means your turning ability will quickly become useless), it might be a good idea to pick up something that lets you use your turn attempts. Examples would be Divine Spell Power or the Divine Metamagic, but there are many others. If you like Divine Metamagic, take the regular metamagic now, and set up for Divine Metamagic later. Another good feat option, though it doesn't make use of your turning, is Craft Wondrous Item. That depends on your DM giving you enough down time to craft items, though. Check on that before you commit. For skills, you get 4 per level. Knowledge (Religion) is required, put 6 ranks in that. Diplomacy is a good idea, put 6 ranks in that. If you take the Knowledge domain, put 5 ranks in Knowledge (nobility and royalty) to get a +2 synergy bonus to Diplomacy. Put 6 ranks in Concentration, you won't regret it. That leaves either 1 or 6 (depending on whether or not you spent on Know (N&R). Heal is a good option, Sense Motive is a good option too, though cross class. If you have the Knowledge domain, any other Knowledge is a good option. Or depending on your campaign you may wish to spend them on "background" skills - things that are more or less useless, but reflect your character's history. For domains, I absolutely recommend Travel. It's one of the strongest and most interesting domains available. The other domain choice I don't have a strong opinion on.
