Need help with adventure

First Post
Salutations fellow D&D’ers. It is I, ellestar. I am here because I need your help. (As always)

I have been on vacation for a week with me lady and therefore haven’t had time to finish the adventure they are currently playing. (They have played one session)

As you can gather from the information given above I am currently in the progress of making an adventure for an ongoing campaign I have, where the players will go up agains Orcus himself, in a great battle on the Plain of Null. However, that is about 18 levels from now, my players now play about 3rd-4th level characters.

First, the party:
Furin of Thunderdelve - male dwarf Fig4 (LG)
Neonashakla - female human Wiz3 (N)
Holian - male elf Rog3 (CG)
Mingo Muddysocks - male halfling Rog3 (CN)
Kentarr - male human Fig3 (NG)
Panzerfaust - male human Clr3 of Wee Jas (LN)

The party’s earlier exploits:
A small village named Ailspur a days ride south of greyhawk needed help from adventurers, a group of goblins and hobgoblins have been waylaying kidnapping travelling merchants heading from Hardby to Ailspur, cutting off the food supply in Ailspur.
The party was hired by a ranger sent out by Ailspur to Greyhawk to find decent adventurers. They discovered the goblins and hobgoblins used tactics far more advanced then normal, and eventually discovered their base of operations. An old abandoned dwarven stronghold in the mountains to the east, long since abandoned. It was infested with goblins and hobgoblins, but they also discovered their bosses, who were all human. Hack, slash, rinse, repeat, mission complete.

Now, some time after, the party was approached by Derider Falshean, Sental Durev’s (one of greyhawks oligarchs, in charge of internal security, eg. the grand citadel (the prison, and garrison)) right hand man. They were told about recent suspicions of prisoners somehow being smuggled out of prison again, as a series of burglaries has been made, and the methods match those of the previously imprisoned master thief "Shade" (original name, huh?). Indeed, the oligarchs suspicions were correct, a new thieves guild calling themselves the Shadaloo have discovered some tunnels leading from the Greyhawk undercity (accessed through secret passages in the sewers) to under the citadel. The Shadaloo have managed to infiltrate the prison, and now, almost every prison guard are more or less corrupt. The party was sent in, because of their relatively non-existant reputation in Greyhawk to infiltrate the prison and find out who is smuggling out the prisoners.

To get arrested (needed to be done properly, with none of the guards knowing it was faux) the party attempted to burglar a temple of St.Cuthbert and were caught in the act and imprisoned.

In the grand citadel they met some people working for the Shadaloo, and got them to smuggle them into the undercity, where they will be doing some small tasks for the Shadaloo as a return favour.

Derider Falshean warned the party about going straight in through the "main entrance" to the undercity however, as the organizers most probably had some ways of detecting their intentions in the undercity. The party found some old tunnels leading into the old mines which Greyhawk originally was built around, and killed the Shadaloo agents who were supposed to follow them to the undercity. Entered the old mines, hacked, slashed, killed some strange undead imbued with psionic powers. (The Psionic template is cool) They are now on their way out of the mines and into the undercity. Here’s where I don’t have any more.

Now what? Their mission is to find out more about the Shadaloo, maybe shut them down. Does any of you have some brilliant ideas on how that could be done? Sneaking into the guild to find vital papers? Assassinating high ranking guildmembers?

I need more too, about the undercity. I need to flesh that out alot. What is there to do there? Black Market? Slave trade? Gladiator Arena?

Some stuff I want to include in the adventure:
Their first run in with the cult of orcus. Maybe they are buying lots of slaves for use in experiments?
One of the slavers from their first adventure escaped using a teleport scroll, maybe they’ll meet her again? (can also be used with Cult of Orcus buying lots of slaves)

The game is friday night, so I need the help pretty fast.

Sounds like a sticky situation but I'll give it a shot.

The minions of Shadaloo will be missed. The players are probably expected to appear somewhere to complete those small tasks.

Shadaloo will become suspicious if the players don't manage to show up with a good explanation of what happened to the minions and why they didn't take the main entrance into Undercity. Eventually he will send out a recon party to find the missing minions and the players.

The guards will become worried if the players don't return to the prison on time and will be forced to sound the alarm.

The garrison will turn out to search for the escaped prisioners. That is all those that are missing in addition to the players. A battle between the garrison and the minions of Shadaloo will ensue.

Now the fun part. The players should get caught in a cross fire between the garrison forces, that are unaware of their undercover activity, and Shadaloo's recon party. Either side will attempt to slay the players. There only hope is to run.

In the chaos they manage to run headlong into Shadaloo's chambers. Most of his guards have joined the fray or have fled.

Within Shadaloo's chambers they find him with the "teleporting slaver" who quickly assesses the situation and makes it known that she recognizes the players. To increase her chances of escape she cruely hamstrings Shadaloo then teleports away.

To make all this work the players must not return to the prison on time and they must not meet Shadaloo until after the alarm has been sounded.

To wrap things up they must escape the Undercity and find Falshean without running into anyone from the garrison. When they find him and explain that Shadaloo has been defeated, the crime ring has been broken and the corrupt prison guards have been revealed he can hail them as heroes of the city and brilliant strategists.

In the future they will want to find some way of negating teleportation particularly if the slaver manages to elude them a third time. Perhaps they can find a coin or medallion in Shadaloo's grasp with a cryptic symbol or writing that they must have deciphered. This is their first clue to the cult of Orcus.
