A nerve gas that makes it likely that he will harm himself if he 'powers up'. (This sort of thing is really classic because he might launch a last ditch attack and vanish in a lightning bolt). Without the body you never know if he is really gone.Perhaps the agitation of his atoms in his body by the electric charge makes him vulnerable to dimensional shift. Bringing him to a particular frequency might kick him out of our reality.Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.S</blockquote>
