Hello all! I am currently making a custom "evil" PRC and was hoping I could get some suggestions on a final ability for it. Here is some info about the class. They are magic users kidnapped while young when they had shown signs of magical aptitude. They are brought up to be the local "governments / kingdoms" interrogators. As such they are taught to inflict as much agony in others as possible through use of magic, although mental magic is used as well if the subject is particularly stubborn. These interrogators are known as tormentors. Here are a few of the ideas I came up with. Still in very rough drafts though. Re-conditioning: The tormentor having obtained the wanted information through means of torture may attempt to re-condition that creature. Doing so the tormenter alters the creatures mind and even their alignment as they are now completely under the influence of the tormenter. (Sorta like a near permanent Dominate Person.) The target creature must make a will save DC 15 + Tormenters Caster Level. Perfect Agony: The tormenter is now a master of causing pain. As such he may target a creature within 60 ft. (Will save DC 15 + Tormenters Caster Level). If the target fails its save, the tormenter then has complete control over what the target feels. For example, the tormenter may will the target to feel as though they have just been dipped in lava, or that their hand was crushed under an elephants foot. The target then takes ability score damage according to the type of feeling they are subjected to. Tormenter's Simulacrum: To make sure that a tormenter is able to always pursue their targets, they learn to create specialized simulacrums of themselves. This ability acts like the spell simulacrum except for the following differences. The simulacrum is created from shadow material not ice or snow. Also the simulacrum can only be made to be as the tormenter. Casting time is reduced to 8 hrs and the simulacrum always looks exactly like the tormenter. Lastly the simulacrum has two thirds the levels and HD rounded down instead of one half. The simulacrum may cast spells that the tormenter had at up to its level. Well, sorry for the amount of writing. Any other ideas besides these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a good one. :)
