First off, wow, nice stats. Secondly, we can't help you :p Seriously. There are an infinite number of directions you can take your character. Are you asking for our suggestions from a number-cruncher's perspective or a roleplayer's perspective? If from the latter, we certainly can't be of help because we don't know anything about your campaign world. Any choice based on roleplaying should be germane to the setting. If you are asking for purely mechanical advice, I'm not convinced you need it. Your character looks tough! Why change anything? A level 20 cleric is a fearsome character. I will say this: take the Improved Initiative feat. The order of combat becomes more important as you level up. Many fights at higher levels are won or lost on the order of combat, considering an enemy wizard can open up with maze, or disintegrate, or limited wish before before you can act. You might also consider taking an item creation feat, such as Craft Wondrous Item, and make all your magic gear at cost. That will save you a ton of money. Leadership is also a great feat to take, and with your 14 Charisma I'd consider it. That will net you a cohort, nominally under your direction. When considering what class to choose for your cohort, just look at your group. Light on healing? Take a cleric. Need more magical firepower? Sorcerer. Short on tanks? Make your cohort a fighter or paladin. What can I say? If you've got the Charisma, Leadership is a terrific feat. Bottom line: you've got too many options to go into. I suggest reading your Player's Handbook, and also books such as Defenders of the Faith.
