Need recommendation for a siege-like module....

Lannister

First Post
Hello,

I am a DM in a long-time campaign in a medieval world, where magic is lowand right now the whole main plot revolves around the reawakening of old gods and especially power-politics and war......

Right now i am deeply into work and i havent the time to fully conjure up a module or the next 3 sessions.

I am looking for a module involving a siege (best with a small strategic part), i played once the Legend of the steel general module from 0one games which was pretty good, unfortunately I cannot use it because some of my players already know it....

So has anyone some recommendations for an available module invoving a siege and some military work ???

Thanks in advance,
L.

When in doubt, check out past issues of Dungeon.

Well, issue #33 had the Siege of Kratys Freehold in it: see here for a description, but I'm not sure that really counts as available. Mike Mearls wrote The Siege of Durgam's Folly for Necromancer early on in the 3e era but I'm not really sure of the content. Can't think of anything else - sorry.

Seven Strongholds by Penumbra might work for you. It presents a variety of different castles and such with enough info to allow a siege storyline.
