...for a device that I cannot seem to get working. Anyone got it on your PC? I've google searched all of the driver sites and searched them for this baby and just can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance.

Most of the way down this page there's a link for downloading the "latest JamStudio software updates for Win 2000 and Win XP" -- perhaps the DLL is included in the zip:

EDIT: I examined the .inf file it includes and that dll doesn't seem to be included, but perhaps the software will allow the tablet to work for you anyway?
