A better example might be a shield that automatically negates 1 death attack per day on you (there've been examples of this in various splat books, they might have just been straight +1 modifiers rather than a set price tho... On use (the ability is activated when it 'blocks' the attack) but only once per day (1 charge)Also you'll note that just because an item can have a limited number of charges per day doesn't mean it will. Some use activated items may have a set number of uses per day.. but certainly not all do.</blockquote>
