The Dejy, a nomadic race of humans, would definitely have barbarians or barbarian/clerics like this.  They are scattered across Tellene (the main continent of Kalamar) and you can tailor a Dejy tribe to match pretty much any idea you might have.  You might want to try a Shaman/Barbarian too.  (The shaman is a variant class from the Kalamar Player's Guide). I hope that helps, and I hope you enjoy the Kalamar campaign.</blockquote>
