need some last min help for today

Ok so Im running today and I need help. It's greyhawk.
The party is 13th level(each) and they have decided to go after Lady Kath from Dragon #23, page 94 [long story short she has made life hell for them]
Even though they are outmatched, the last time they fought her they almost won!! I need pointers on what her full abilities are.
The party is ranger/rogue, Monk, cleric/wizard .
