He is not an age category 20 dragon, as this age would make him older than the PC races, I would pinpoint his age to roughly 11 or 12, depending on his actual age. Additionally he would most likely have at least 5 levels of sorcerer and about 15 to 20 levels of wizard, depending on wether or not he has class levels of Arch Mage.If he is an Age Category 12 red/gold crossbreed he would cast spells as an 24th level sorcerer (19 innate+5 sor) and a 20th lvl wizard (either straight wizard or wiz15/archmage 5). Most of the sorcerer spells he would know should be light or fire based spells such as daylight, prismatic sphere, meteor swarm, aganazzar's scorcher and the like. additionally I would say he knows all wizard spells from the PHB, FRCS and Magic of Faerun save those with the shadow or darkness descripitor. This combination of innate abilities and class abilities, would make him a very powerfull dragon, one that could easily slay most other dragons. It would also give him a CR of at least 48 (25 base +25 class, -2 for having more than 20 class levels, as per the optional rule in the ELH.) You could increase this to 50 by adding the Half-Elemental (Fire) template from the MotP. Since that not only would improve his stats, but would also give him additional spell-like abilities. Not that when you create him you should use the alternate rule I use and give the domain spells (from the Fire and Sun domain in Infernos case) as bonus spells to his sorcerer spells known.Anyways, I hope I was of assistance, and unless you run a really, really, high powered campaing, you don't really need his stats. <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D"  data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" /></blockquote>
