So Neoclassical Geek Revival is launching a kickstarter! And there will be Joesky tax style actual game content at the bottom of this post as thanks for you reading it. The kickstarter is HERE What is it you ask? Hoping to not need to follow that link? This is a three book release. A new desert themed dungeon crawl (The City of Tears), a new version of Neoclassical Geek Revival (including an option to have a version with the art of the talented Scrap Princess), and an omnibus hard cover edition of my dual stat OSR/NGR adventures such as "The Gnomes of Levnec" or "The Temple of Lies". And now for that content: The mummified finger of the Prince of Xar-thuul This withered finger was broken off its mummified owner by the famed treasure hunter Karl Lenison. It is bone dry and will easily catch fire and be burnt to a useless crisp if place near open flame. Its brittle form could easily be crushed into dust, but it holds great power. The Mummy of the Prince was to put a horrible curse at whomever it first pointed at, but Karl took his pointing fingers before he could point at anyone. Both of the fingers are in circulation, and stored in small mirror-lined coffers. It is said the first person either of the fingers point at will be struck with the dreaded contagion known as "Mummy Rot", but as they have been circulating separately, who can know for sure if the finger you acquire will work when you need it to? Should someone use the other finger first, yours would be useless. Thus many ne'er do wells attempt to acquire both.
