Message: <blockquote data-quote="F5" data-source="post: 1573608" data-attributes="member: 4607">That's a great bit of meta-plot from your player.  I say it definitely has potential.  Let him play out neotiating for the actual numbers.One stumbling point I see, though: you said the Lawful Neutral dragon felt it was the lawful ruler of the land and was just excising a rightful tax on its' "subjects".  When the dragon is brought back, will this attitude have changed?  Why would it want to negotiate terms with its' mere human subjects?  Maybe play up the Lawful side of the dragon...say that upon the dragon's death (the first time) any claim to rulership it may have had over the lands the port is in was lawfully passed on to the current king.  But assure it that there is a valuable and lucrative position it can hold in the current Establishment.  A rules-releted question.  How do you handle level-loss in a resurrected dragon?  Does it lose an age category?  Or does your player have access to True Res, and it's not an issue?</blockquote>
