Since we have a new forum for this type of thread and I still need more playtesters I figured I'd repost this here: Hello Fellow ENworlders! I have been developing a new campaign setting for the d20 system and have reached a point where I need about a dozen dedicated and experienced role playing groups to start critiquing the rules associated with this setting. If you are interested in a dreamscape capstone setting (Planescape & Oathbound are what I consider "capstone" settings) designed to be used in conjunction with other d20 campaign worlds or as its own campaign world, then email me at jaldaen@aol.com with the subject heading "Nevermore: Open Call for Playtesters!" Inside the email you should present the following information: 1) The full name and email of the contact person for your group (preferably the person who contacts me ;-). 2) Full names of the other people in your group who would participate in the playtest if your group is accepted. 3) A short bio (written by the contact person or each individual) for each person in your group (age, general background info that relates to gaming, playingstyle, etc). 4) What kind of campaign(s) are you currently running? What setting(s)? If homebrewed give short description of the setting and "feel" of your campaign. 5) A list of and previous playtesting, design, writing, etc... experience that any of the people in your group believe might be important and pertinent for me to know and will help in my decision as to which playtest groups to accept into this playtest. Once I receive your contact email I will look it over and reply ASAP letting you know whether your group has been accepted. If you do not receive anything from me within a week of applying then post to this thread and I will check my mail box and let you know whether or not I received your email and why I have yet to respond to you (this should only happen if I in fact did not receive your email ;-). If you are accepted I will send you an email with an NDA attachment the contact person is responsible for making sure that each person in the group signs the NDA. This NDAs also act as records (for me) of those who participated in this playtest and without one you won't receive playtesting credit in the final product. I will include the other information you will need on where to send the NDAs in the acceptance email. Please feel free to post questions that you might have in this thread or contact me off list... note I can tell you no more about the Nevermore CS than I already have... it is a dreamscape capstone setting, if this interests you then please apply if not well hopefully I'll have something for you at a later date ;-) Thank You, Joseph Miller Lead Designer/Writer for the Nevermore CS.
