[QUOTE="zarathustra05, post: 5862958, member: 6691771"] Game is Filled My old game I was running has been put on 3-? month hold. Looking to start a new 4e game online via Maptool and Skype. Almost everything is tentative in regards to setup pending player discussion. So far we have 1 DM and 1 player. Looking for 2-3 players for a 4 person party. Rules 4e Game Venue: Maptool w/Skype Campaign Setting: I have DMed many different settings and genres and am a very flexible DM in regard to setting with gigs of files in maptool resources. Setting, starting character level, and creation guidelines will be discussed via skype for holistic party input prior to the first session Style: I try and hold to a 50/50 RP to HackSlash ratio. 4e makes this hard but I do my damnedest to fight the powers that be. I have a few player friendly mechanics to smooth out some of the 'grind' combats to progress story. I add a lot of little detailed tidbits for flavor, but do not believe in making players track meaningless amounts of coinage and rations (accounting is boring, I know [I am 18 hours away from being a CPA]). Magic: I like to give unique magic items to the party via story/questing. I allow magic item genesis via ritual, but limit creation to items without item powers, short of doing something creative or questing for rare components. That said, I abhor the idea of Daily Magic Item uses. So, do not be shocked if you receive an item that has old school "charges" and if you do get an item with a daily item power, they will be rare and you can use them once per day regardless of how many you possess or milestones accrued. Game Dates/Time: Goal is once per week set in stone and extra games tentatively depending on party availability. Day is open to group choice. Time however must be 6:00 PM CST to 11:00 PM CST give or take an hour. Contact: PM me if interested, I am looking to discuss settings relatively quickly so I can start building maps as needed.
