D&D 5E new 5 E fantasy grounds modules

If I buy the basic rules module for 2.99 and the adventure, will I be missing anything to run the adventure. Will players be able to use every class that is currently available in 5E. Will I be able to add custom races, feats, backgrounds, etc.?
 

You would be able to run the adventure with just the classes and races in the main rules. You can add custom content, i have added the whole players hand book and monster manual before they were officially released for fantasy grounds but it isn't easy or you can just type the stuff to the built in character sheet for 5e by hand so you could just buy the adventure and run it with the bare ruleset. its a time to cost issue. Parsing the 5e rulebooks takes forever and is tricky to do, entering stuff by hand as you need it does't take as long if you have the adventure as you only have to do the Pc's and you can get the players to do that! I wouild recommend by the adventure and also just getting the players hand book content for $20 I think or you could just have the books and log in for free to roll20 and run the game like you would round a real table but you would be missing all the marvelous automation which makes DMing in fantasy ground a joy so you can concentrate on your players and the story
