This doesn't go down very well- and attracts the attention of another Duergar- making three Duergar Guards present. The Duergar tell the PCs to 'push off', only with expletives and menaces- there's an argument. Isn't there always.</p><p></p><p>Dirty already has his maul out- he jumps the gun.</p><p></p><p>The plan was a surprise round for all the PCs, it doesn't work out that way.</p><p></p><p>Good Guys</p><p>Dirty Biskit, Male Dwarven Fighter 5 (HP61)</p><p>Kaspard, Female Half-Elf Cleric of Bahamut 5 (HP46)</p><p>Winstanley Portico, Male Halfling Rogue 5 (HP46)</p><p>Grey Morlock, Male Human Wizard 5 (HP40)</p><p>Phrenic, Male Tiefling Warlord 5 (HP49)</p><p></p><p>Bad Guys 900 XP Level 4 Encounter.</p><p>Duergar Guard Level 4 Soldier [DG] (x4) (HP60) </p><p>Duergar Theurge, Kedhira Level 5 Controller [Kedhira] (HP64)</p><p></p><p>Initiative 24 Duergar Guards & Dirty 21 Phrenic 19 Winstanley 16 Kaspard 14 Grey 10 Kedhira</p><p></p><p>Surprise Round.</p><p></p><p>Dirty- Daily Cometfall Charge DG3; Hit 25 damage (35 HP). Marked. Screams a lot.</p><p></p><p>Go for the Daily first up- that's a winner.</p><p></p><p>Winstanley- Perception check- Success- hears Dirty screaming. Moves in the back door and peeks into what turns out to be Kedhira's bedchamber.
