Greetings, all! I am seeking 3 to 5 people to join a 5e D&D game what'll pit the party against a nasty foe in a struggle to defend Kill People Town and keep the land safe from they of Marfooc. If you want to know what the enemy is, you have to join the free game. We'll play via daring Discord, and set up an American time one we have people. The characters start at Level 4, and cannot be evil. We will use a combination of 2014 and 2024 depending on the rule(s) being used, and some houserules/homebrew in case things are, eh, broken or I feel they should change. We'll also use Roll 20 for mappy stuff. I have a link ready to go when we're ready to go. Any and all experience levels with the game is welcome, and never feel ashamed to ask me a question. Just don't argue with me or yell your answers when we are discussing something. I will not be happy.
A handy tip for everyone; plan everything for your next turn the second your current turn ends. Don't use spare time to watch a cooking show. Decide everything you're going to do, and roll it all. Sure you may need to make more rolls, and that's cool, but that speeds it up so nicely. My previous DM (I bowed out for a bit until the schedule gets reworked) loved how quick my turns were. I know because he said so. I'm not stupid so I will know if you're fudging each roll. "Oh I got an 18, a 19, a 20, a 21, a...," yeah I'll catch onto that...
