Okay, lemme see if I got this straight. A nat 20 is still a hit, no matter what. BUT, it's only a crit if rolling a 20 would have hit the foe anyway, right?
I like the new crit rules. It goes a long way of taking the ambiguity out of the damage as well. I was always floundering with questions about if rolling damage 2x also included the magic bonus or something like that.
