From the description of the god, I would perhaps consider a special ability that allows the Cleric to determine wether a creature is to live or to die. Maybe: "Mark of Life and Death": You gain the power of the Mark of Life and Death. Once per day, you can touch a single individual to determine wether it is to die or to live. If it is to live, all Conjuration (Healing) spells you cast on at +2 caster level. If it is to die, all Inflict Spells you cast on it are cast at +2 caster level. This effect lasts for one round per Cleric Level. The decision wether it is to live or to die is made by the player (but "ingame" it is made by the God... And it can be a very temporary decision...) Unfortuantely, this doesn't entirely fit a Life Domain alone. I also wonder if there isn't already such a Domain to be found elsewhere (Complete Divine maybe) For a stronger focus on Life, you could simply remove the "death" option from the power above. Alternatives: - Touch of Life: You can touch a living creature (anything other than undead, construct, elemental or ooze) and heal it of 1 point of damage per Cleric Level. You may spread out this healing over multiple uses. Alternatively, you can use it to grow Plants as per the Animal Growth Spell (Caster Level equal to your Cleric Level), but you can effect only a 5 ft square per Cleric Level for the overgrowth option or a 20 ft radius per Cleric Level for the Enrichment option (and the effect is centered on the square you touch). As with the healing option, you can spread out the uses. - Aura of Life: Any dying creature within a 10 ft radius around you is automatically stabilized.
