New Dragon (as if ANOTHER on was needed...)

So I got to thinking yesterday about how effective a dragon would be if instead of gaining spells as a sorcerer, it instead advanced in age similar to a warlock.

IMO remove the blast, he can have it as breath weapon but it is too powerfull that he has the normal dragon attacks and then on top of it the blast
