New Dungeon Come Yet?

Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone got the newest Dungeon/Poly Mag yet. I normally recive my Dungeon at the end of the month and my dragon in the mid of the month. Dragon came in november but no sign of dungeon yet.

Just Wondering. BTW The Customer Sercive e mail at paizos hasnt answered one of my questions from 2 weeks ago so I cant wait for them to respond to the "wheres my dungeon" question either.

Customer service at Paizo is non-existent. I've sent dozens of emails to the address on their site asking for help fixing my subscription ... 4 months ago... sending an email once a week.. no response.. ever.

Email doesnt come back as an error so i know it works -- and its the email listed right on their site.

Paizo is utterly useless in customer support, it's truly pathetic.

Just to clarify, what was the last issue of Dungeon you received? Issue #105 is the December 2003 issue, so if you ahve that, you are up to date on issues.

In terms of Customer Response, I have had issues with my subscription before as well, and I have always received a response using the e-mail address on the Paizo website. In fact, I had to contact them last week about back issues I had ordered. At that time I received an automated response indicating my e-mail had been received, and due to the busy time of year they would get back to me ASAP. I received a "real" message yesterday that covered all of my questions.

It certainly does seem that the customer support is hit and miss, at least based upon the comments I have seen on these boards.

105 is the last issue i recived. However I've had that issue for nearly a month now, if im not in lala land (which may be the case) I belive im due for issue 106. But if no one else has recived a copy I guess its all ok.

But is issue 106 late?
 


That cover certainly is different, can't wait to get a better look at it. I haven't received issue 106 yet either, but I don't normally get mine until the 4th or 5th.
 

Yes, that cover certainly is different.

I usually do not get my copy of Dungeon until around the 8th - 10th of the month, so that delivery date at the Paizo website seems strange.

I guess I will wait untilt next week and see.

I saw issue 106 at my FLGS yesterday so you should receive it shortly. No continuation of the adventure path however :( so I didn't buy it.
 

I called the customer service line and they said that my copy had been shipped on the 19th of November. Since i had not recieved it the CSA, Paula I think was her name, sent me copy.

Id like to point out that the Customer Service email is really bad, even non existient perhaps. The customer service via the phone was most helpful. I really appriciated the quick response and willingness to help me.

OT...Also of note the phone system asked if I needed a list of extensions for paizos office's. I almost called Eric Mona. I got all giddy and decided not too. The guys that bring me my DnD goodness (Eric and Monte and James Wyatt and the Sage and etc) are like rock stars!
