If it happens to be the first round of combat Dyson's Dire Charge applies. Dyson never suffers Attacks of Opportunity for running in and hitting. If Dyson is currently fighting in the same battle, he runs over to the target (without suffering AoO), does his damage, and heads back to his orginal position to execute his own turn without any benefit of space, reach, or position for Dyson. This spell only works on personal, targeted, or melee/ranged touch spells. Dyson Spell uses up a spell slot 1/5 of Dyson's current level in spell levels higher (ie. 25th level = +5, 40th level = +8). Automatic Dyson Spell [epic]Prerequisites: Dyson Spell, Spellcraft 44 ranks, ability to cast 9th-level arcane or divine spells. Benefit: You may cast all 0-, 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-level spells as Dysoned spells without using higher-level spell slots. Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time a character takes the feat, the spells of his or her next two lowest spell levels can now be Dysoned with no adjustment to their spell slots. This feat doesn't increase the casting time for those spells that normally become full-round actions when cast in metamagic form.</blockquote>
