New Ethergaunts (Fiend Folio)

I am thinking about having my characters face of against ethergaunts as the main opponents in the higher level in my campaign, but unfortunately the 3 kinds of ethergaunts just aren't enough to make them the main foe, and the highest CR is only 17, while I need a CR 20 ethergaunt (preferably).

So I was wondering if anyone could point me to a site or such with more ethergaunt stats.

You can easily add a few levels of wizard: +3 wiz levels onto a black ethergaunt makes it a CR20 creature, iirc. Give it a handful of bodyguards (some white ethergaunt "apprentices" and a couple ethereal slayers as "pets" maybe?) and you're good to go.

Or do something totally bizarre, and build an ethergaunt "heretic" who studies divine magic in contravention of normal ethergaunt order: maybe an ambitious white ethergaunt with several levels of cleric, who is plotting to take on some black ethergaunt leaders in their society or something (and if it's a cleric, it could have access to incorporeal undead). If you have players who know all the monsters, something like that might surprise them..

I'd play around with all kinds of different advancement schemes for 'em.

Add class levels, maybe advance by HD, maybe templates... could be a lot of fun!

Then again, making high- to epic-level bad guys in 3e was one of the things that really made me appreciate 4e.
