Effect-you no longer age or effected by aging effects and can not die by old age!

I mean, it seems like a prerequisite to get to play in a very specific campaign. It doesn't seem like something that will benefit your character in the there and now. If it also made you immune to "save or die" spells, then that would be something.

Immortality that kept you young and blocked death effects would be a good deal.

Why? Very few campaigns are going to last hundreds of years. And very few monsters have age effects.
I have only killed PC from age effects since 1980. A solution looking for a non problem.
