Having a high speed is already an advantage, by enabling you to be all over the battlefield. You can always help the rogue flank, reach the enemy spellcaster or charge down the archers. You can take Tumble and Spring Attack to use the movement as well. As well as the fact that I'm not sure that this is needed, I don't understand how this works; I can't get my head around what the character is actually doing to reduce his speed and pick up these bonuses, and if I can't picture something I tend to be a bit opposed to it.</blockquote>
