You must make a Melee attack versus a DC of the attack roll being parried. You may parry as many Melee attacks as you have Attacks of Opportunity but the first attack parried in a round is done with your highest Base Attack bonus, and each subsequent parry is done at a cumulative -5 penalty. If you are wielding two melee weapons or a weapon and a shield while parrying, you may add a +2 bonus to any parry attempts. You may parry with a shield, if you have the appropriate Feat, using the shield’s AC bonus + your Base Attack bonus + your DEX bonus for the attack roll. You may only parry attacks you are aware of. If one weapon is larger than the other, the combatant with the larger weapon gets a +4 bonus for every Size larger. If you are using an Unarmed Strike to parry, you may not parry attacks from weapons that do Slashing damage unless you are immune to it.</p><p></p><p><strong>IMPROVED CHARGE</strong></p><p>Prereqs - Combat Reflexes, Power Attack</p><p>Benefit - You gain a +4 bonus to your Attack Roll when Charging instead of +2. If your Charge Attack is successful, the target must also make a Reflex versus a DC of 10 plus your Base Attack Bonus or become Prone. For every Size Level smaller than you, the target receives a -4 penalty to their Reflex Save. For every Size Level the target is larger than you, it receives a +4 bonus to its Reflex Save. Critical Hits increase the Reflex Save to a base of 20 plus your Base Attack Bonus.</p><p></p><p><strong>PRECISE CRITICAL</strong></p><p>Prereqs - Weapon Focus and Improved Critical with weapon used</p><p>Benefit - You receive a +4 bonus when rolling to confirm a Critical hit with a weapon that you have the appropriate Feats for.</p><p></p><p><strong>POWER CHARGE</strong></p><p>Prereqs - Improved Charge, Weapon Focus [with weapon used], Improved Critical [with weapon used], Precise Critical, Power Attack</p><p>Benefit - If you make a successful Charge attack against an opponent, you score an automatic Critical hit without the need to roll the threat range of the weapon or confirm it.</p><p></p><p><strong>SLEEPER HOLD</strong></p><p>Prereqs - Combat Reflexes, Improved Grapple, Grapple Expertise</p><p>Benefit - If you maintain a successful Pin for one whole round while Grappling, you may attempt a stun attack as a Full Round action on the next round. You and your opponent make an opposed Grapple check. If you succeed, the opponent must make a Fortitude save versus a DC equal to 10 + ½ your level [rounded up] + your STR modifier or be Stunned for one round.</p><p></p><p>What do you think?</p></blockquote><p></p>
