It has features that give +2 to Bluff and Intimidate at 5th and low-light vision at 10th (or darkvision if you have low-light already). The power swaps give you some minor vision-related stuff mostly. Basically the Fomorians did a little surgery on you and give you an evil eye. Easily refluffable of course. The Wild Hunt Rider means you have participated in (and may find yourself participating again perhaps) in the Wild Hunt. You get to ignore concealment in certain situations and a restricted Perception bonus. At 5th level you can use the Phantom Steed ritual, which is kind of handy. Level 10 gives a +2 to saves vs restraining, slowing, and immobilizing effects. 2 of the powers are mobility related and the 3rd one lets you shed light and see invisible in aura 1.I'd say both of these are middle of the road themes balance-wise, nothing really hit me as either useless or super nasty. They are both somewhat niche, but for a Fey campaign they'd both be good choices with a hefty amount of story potential. The evil eye seems particularly adaptable to almost any game as a "character with a weird curse/blessing" thing. The hunt theme would work pretty much anywhere too but might require a bit more thought by the DM on how it fits in. The fluff for both of them is nice.</blockquote>
