New Free Dresden Files adventure - anyone playing?

Didn't see this announced on the front page:

The guys who wrote the Dresden Files RPG have made a new, free adventure - Night Fears.

There's a previous adventure out there - Neutral Grounds.

Anyone playing the game in general? I can't find a good group for it.

Our group is currently playing through a game set in Las Vegas. We're having a good time with it, and will probably return to the system.

Liked the novels and have been meaning to pick up the Dresden Files at some point (I just have so many games I am running that I don't want to get it till I can focus on it). Interested in hearing what people think of the system itself. The setting I am sure will be great (though am curious how they approached it).

I've played it only twice, both one shots, but I really like the system. I'm a FATE fan, though!

I know some big Dresden Files fans, so I've only played it with people who were already familiar with the Dresden Files, either the books or the short lived TV series. We could have had our opinions clouded by that, but they were fun games. It's easy to grab and run through as a one shot, at least compared to D&D, I think. :)

The FATE system is great for this sort of game, and the game mechanics used for the setting work very well - I feel like I can achieve pretty much any character concept within the scope of the novels. The fate-point refresh system does a good job of balancing character power and in-game flexibility, so that you can have a group with seemingly-disparate power levels without feeling imbalanced.

Where are you guys getting the oneshot ideas? Are you bothering to set up a city for a oneshot? :)

I'm sort of nervous to run it. Never played the system, and I want to play it, but it's a trick finding someone not only familiar with it but willing to Run. But I'd run were I not unfamiliar with the system and it feels like coming up with solid Adventures is trickier.

I get my ideas from Raymond Chandler, Robert Parker, Dashiell Hammett, and Mickey Spillane. I run in a place I just call the City and it is a typical modern day noir setting.

One of my groups is currently playing a game set in Baltimore. It's a lot of fun. I'm playing a Twitter and blog obsessed paranormal investigator (pure mortal). I Live-Tweet our gaming sessions, and my character's "blog" is the campaign journal. Good times.
