Thank you for those who contacted me about his. We now have a full group! Hello. My wife and I will be hosting D&D 3.5 games in our new location in Arlington, VA starting in the next couple of weeks (early to mid October timeframe). We are currently recruiting people to play. We welcome players who are mature and are ready for a somewhat serious play style. We are story heavy on content, though you can expect at least one combat a session. We will meet Sundays starting at 2 p.m. and running until people are ready to go home (though we often will cut it off at 8 or so and play console games until 10). We welcome female players as well as parents with younger children (we have a 2 year old of our own so we have safety gates, socket plugs, etc). If you have children and wish to play we can discuss the situation. We are not offering babysitting, just a safe environment for parents to bring their children if they like. To give you an idea of who I am, I used to work at Wizards of the Coast in Pentagon City and I ran the Sunday and Wednesday games for several years. I did it on my own time and did not get paid for my games. I have been playing D&D for over 20 years and DMing for almost that long. We welcome new players as well as experienced ones. Please contact me through my personal email address gunch@tonday.com if you are interested or have any questions for me.
