The accessories interest me the most.
Full 3D terrain is cool but problematic as it's so seldom able to make just what I want. It has the same problem as Dungeon Tiles or TerraClips where I have to build the map first and then figure out what I want to populate it with. And 3D terrain tends to block minis and force people to stand to see where figures are.
Accessories allow me to use drawn maps, poster maps, and the like and add some details, to provide features that allow for cover, props, improv, and other bits of interacting with the terrain.
