Used by special forces and specialty police forces (Section 9) this tank has Fire power, speed, agility, toughness, and the ablity to operate on it's own. In it's right "hand" it has a high powered rotating machine gun (damage 3d6) capable of stopping most threats. For those times that call for a little more it "mouth" is capable of fireing two 25mm shells. (Reloading is done externaly) Another wonderful feature is the addition of Poly-Cord (tm). Poly-Cord is a tough fiberous material similiar to a spiders web. It's housed in two tanks on the sides of the crew compartment. It's a liquid, but when exposed to the air it quickly hardens allowing for towing, propelling down the sides of buildings or even disabling vehicles. </p><p></p><p>*Other rules</p><p></p><p>The Tachikoma has stats. That is because of the advanced AI (Excitable and happy). It is capable of operating on its own. So a DM can run it. Because of this vehicles rules need adjusting. This tank can jump and perform other skills. When using those skills use character ranks in pilot plus the Tachikoma's relevant stat. So as I said Jump. It's pilot has 5 ranks in pilot and the Tachikoma has a Str adjustment of +8 for a total +13.</p><p></p><p>When opperating on its own the Tachikoma opperates as if it has the following feats: Evasion, Personal Firearms Proficiency Advanced Firearms Proficiency, Strafe</p><p></p><p>These are common skills that a Tachikoma may have. You can adjust them as you see fit. Remeber that they are intellegent so they can learn new skills.
