So all that's left from the 1E hardcovers is the Wilderness Survival Guide (assuming one considers Greyhawk Adventures and Dragonlance Adventures as having been redone in the LG Gaz and DLCS, respectively).

I'd think the Stormwrack,/Frostburn/Sandstorm line would cover for the Wilderness Survival Guide -- though they could use a mountain and forest treatment.

Maybe 4E rumors are true...or maybe 4E is simply a complete revamping of how they write, release, and create their books...?

Now this book is 20 bucks...but its hardcover?

"Wha?" isn't raking someone over the coals. When it's time to coal-rake, I burn down a bunch of trees first and get out my cast iron rake.

Having now seen the WotC listing for the product, my "Wha?" stands, but I'm no longer thinking it's the same as Dungeonscape. It's just a product that I don't see the appeal of, meaning it's likely not aimed at me. (Rules Compendium, OTOH, is indeed the 3E Rules Cyclopedia, hooray hooray!)
