The EN World GameStore has lowered it's minimum rates on purchases! The fee will only be incurred on purchases under $5, and it is now reduced to $0.45. Thank you all for your feedback, and your help in making the EN World GameStore the best.

Problems purchasing who to contact

Chris,

I tried (and was somewhat successful) purchasing some PDFs last week (Thursday or Friday). I had several problems and emailed Morrus per the "Contact Morrus" at the bottom of the webpage. He has not replied.
One; using a credit card kept giving me errors, I contacted my CC company and they told that there was a duplicate charge, which they deleted.
Two; on Saturday the PDF links finally showed up on my account page, but one of the paid for PDF link is not working
Three; none of the free stuff I selected is included in the list of links to d/l, I included the free and paid for PDF in my basket together
Four; I never got a confirmation email with my purchases, so I don't know the PO# or invoice#

Who do I contact for help?
 

I got your email, Troll Wizard, and dropped you a quick note that I was checking into it. Unfortunately, the hurricane hit and the whole server went down, so we couldn't do anything over the last few days. We'll be checking into it thoroughly now, though.

Basically what happened wasthat some system lag caused your credit card request ot be "timed out". The extra charge was refunded, of course. We've, since, increased the timeout on cc processing to prevent this from -ever- happening again.

Yes, of course. Even the CC processing, which you don't need to sign into paypal for, asks for a "Receipt Email" which is used to send you your receipt and confirmation of the order. This problem most definately should not happen again, and the system has been running perfectly - minus a problem with a hurricane, of course.
