The three main decks are Adventurers, Hirelings, and Townsfolk. Each will have 52 cards, but likely 54 if we hit one of our stretch goals.The front of each card has a high-quality character portrait and the back has suggestions for playing the NPC. The portrait on the front of the card can inspire the GM and spark the imagination of the players. The card back has the character's personality, suggests a strength, quirk, quote, etc. (depending on the character) for portraying the NPC, and provides background to enrich your game with ideas for working the character into your adventures.The characters are system neutral to work with any game system, but include some elements to make them easy to use with the 5th edition of the world's best known tabletop RPG: a leverage section suggests how the character will react to intimidation, deception, and persuasion; the characters are given descriptors that point to the NPC template or class to use as well as where the character's abilities may be high or low.
