New Nymph

what CR would the nymph be if we took off dimension door, added charm monster 3/day and dominate person 1/month. Also giving them Reduce 3/day. All of these would have permanent durations. I am going to use LE nymphs that live in a magically altered forest. But most importantly what CR would they be?

I'd probably raise 'em by 1 simply because of the permanent durations.
