Special-To qualify for each level, the Heir must personally slay 10xPrC level HD in good, sentient creatures of equal or greater CR than the PrC level in question. The Heir may delay leveling up if he reaches the experience amount for the next level before he makes the required sacrafices.

Dark Blessing (Su): The Heir applies his Charisma modifier to AC (if positive).
Presence of Evil (Su): The Heir radiates a constant, Magic Circle Against Good. If this effect is dispelled, he may renew it on his turn as a free action.
Evil Authority (Sp): The Heir gains the ability to cast the Command spell at will, although this may effect only evil creatures.
Sense Emotions (Ex): The Heir gains a +4 circumstance bonus to all Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, and Sense Motive checks against any opponent who is not immune to mind-affecting effects.
Lesser Planar Pact (Sp): Once per day, the Heir may cast either Lesser Planar Ally or Lesser Planar Binding.
Greater Presence of Evil (Su): The Heir is effected b a constant Unholy Aura (self only) spell, this replaces Presence of Evil.
Conquer Will (Su): The Heir gains the ability to break other people’s wills. This ability is similar to Dominate Person, but it has a range of touch and a casting time of 10 minutes, with no verbal component. This ability may only be used on a helpless target, if the target succeeds his save, then he is unable to be affected by this ability for 1 day.
Planar Pact (Sp): Once per day, the Heir may cast either Planar Ally or Planar Binding.
Vile Rejuvenation (Ex): The Heir gains Regeneration 2, with holy weapons dealing normal damage to him. Furthermore, he may heal vile damage as if it was normal damage.
Forbidden Word (Sp): Once per day, the Heir may use any Power Word spell. Unlike normal spell-like abilities, this still requires a verbal component.
Heartless (Su): Upon reaching 9th level, the Heir’s heart turns to stone and is ripped out of his chest forcibly by an invisible force, falling to his feet. From here on, unless the heart itself is destroyed, the Heir is unable to die by being at -10 hit points or under, and instead just remains unconscious (although he may still take further damage). The moment that the sun is down, if the Heir is unconscious, he gains Fast Healing 10 until he has at least 1 hit point. If the heart is destroyed while the Heir is -10 hit points or below, the Heir dies. If the heart is destroyed before hand, the Heir dies normally at -10 hit points.
The heart itself has the hardness of stone and has 20 hit points, the Heir regenerates a new one if it is destroyed in 1 week, after which it is forcibly ripped out again.
Blasphemous Benediction (Ex): The Heir’s subtype changes to Outsider (Evil), and gains a Damage Reduction of 20/+1. Furthermore, he gains an additional 9th level spell slot (even if he couldn’t cast spells normally) in which he may only prepare the Apocalypse from the Sky spell (BoVD). He is treated as having the Spell Mastery feat with the Apocalypse from the Sky spell. To cast this spell, the Heir must provide the focus, and have an Intelligence score of at least 19. The spell’s DC is determined by the Heir’s Intelligence.
Evil’s Eye (Sp): The Heir gains the ability to cast Discern Location once per day, affecting only artifacts, although it may target ones the Heir has not seen before (but he must have the knowledge of their existance). If the Heir already possesses an artifact (even if it is not in his immediate possession, or he lends it), this ability does not function.

Comments and Suggestions (Esp. on better wordings for the abilities), welcome :)
