Many fighters and rangers become stalkers as well but they are less common amongst their ranks. Spellcasters rarely become stalkers, opting for the Jungle Heart Initiate PrClass instead (See below).</p><p> NPC stalkers fill the niche of both palace guard and advanced scout for the Tigran society. Treat a fall as 10 feet shorter when figuring damage. At level 9 this is increased to 20 feet.</p><p> Damage Reduction: At 6th level the Stalker gains damage reduction of 10/jade in hybrid form. </p><p> Scent: At 7th level the Stalker gains this ability for free.</p><p> Pounce: At 8th level if the Stalker leaps upon a foe during the first round of combat, she may make a rake attack even if she has already taken a move action.</p><p> Aspect of Tiger: Upon reaching 10th level the shadow stalker becomes the most powerful guardian of the jungle. In gaining the Aspect of Tiger ability the Shadow Stalker becomes a natural lycanthrope were tiger; however, she has no humanoid form, the hybrid form is her natural form and she only returns to her original form after death. She gains an additional +2 to Dex, +8 to Str, and +4 to Con. She also gains an additional +3 to natural armor, her damage reduction raises to 15/jade, and +2 to Fort and Will saves.
