If the psion goes more than 1 km for the ectoplasm  or 1 hour per level passes, the ectoplasm harmlessly dissipates.  The ectoplasmic sphere can be used as a weapon.  To hit the target, the psion must make a successful ranged touch attack.  The material can be then ignited as usual, inflicting 1 point of damage and possible igniting flammable materials carried or worn by the target.</blockquote>
