The Castles & Crusades Society (which is not just about C&C!) has its new domain and website active!
The new site provides easier access, clearer definitions to the purposes and goals of the Society, and now we have permissions from not just TLG, but Goblinoid, Iron Crown Enterprises, and Steve Jackson Games to produce material for our fanzine The Domesday Book. So if you like Gurps, Rolemaster, LL, or C&C - right now you can submit material for free publication in The Domesday Book on those systems already, and we hope to acquire more permissions in the near future!
Becoming a member is no longer a labrynthian process, rather it takes like a minute on our online, automated registration form! Two editions of The Domesday Book are out, and the Society is aimed (in honor of the original C&C Society founded in 1968) to celebrate and support ALL manner of table-top gaming, especially but not limited to Fantasy Medieval RPGing. On our forums you can pretty much discuss any number of systems and games, including non-RPGs. The Game Castles & Crusades honors the same name and traditions as the Society, but the Society hopes to bring in members from all corners of gaming!
We are also pushing our deadlines for the next Domesday Book to mid-Oct., so if you haven't come over already, or if you just thought this was only about the game C&C, COME CHECK IT OUT!
