I don't think this is the same as magic item components - as far as I can tell the magic components are just magic items that take up standard magic item slots but fit more securely so they cannot be damaged or lost without the warforged allowing it. eg the Battle Fist is a magic gauntlet that goes over the hand and takes up a glove/gauntlet slot. You say grafts are available to warforged - I don't remember seeing that - could you give a page number reference for the details. They can't normally replace their composite armour I know that and while I've seen messageboard posts about replacing lost limbs I've not seen any rules for it and certainly not for upgrades. The idea here is that the new parts are intricate but not necessarily enchanted and the feats let the warforged integrate them as body parts so they are animated by the same forces that animate the character as a whole. A simple use of the Accept New Hand feat might be to modify ones fingers so they have retractable curved claws so the warforged has a bonus to climb checks and the option of doing slashing instead of bludgeoning damage with an unarmed attack. I don't know what price this should but I guess no more than 250gp and probably less. Unless the claws were enchanted before fitting of course. Once fitted they would be as much a part of the warforged as a cat's claws are part of it.
