Happy New Year to one and all! Last year I posted a thread to see what theme folks might want for a new setting based entirely on A5e/Level Up rules. Though the poll is technically on-going, I want to try and start it this year, with the help of anyone in the community who's willing and able to do it.
Results "Bronze Age" (~3300 BCE to 300 BCE) Votes: 8 "Age of Exploration" (~1418 CE to 1620 CE) Votes: 8 We're having a Bronze Age of Exploration Setting! 🎉 This is closely followed by: "Renaissance" (~1500 CE to 1700 CE) Votes: 7 "Points of Light" Votes: 7

So all this works very nicely. After this world's equivalent of the Bronze Age Collapse a long Dark Age followed. Only now are civilizations regaining what they lost, discovering (or rediscovering) technologies [Renaissance], and starting to explore the world outside their doorsteps and reestablish the trade that was lost [Age of Exploration].
