It happened before, when WotC foot the bill to publish a limited number of DUNE Core Rulebook (the only non-d20 RPG product ever published by WotC during the 3e Era.)Well, I've yet to consider any one of Eberron labeled products for use in my FR game. I doubt majority of Eberron fans are willing to reciprocate.IOW, if you want to publish a book that would be usable in any setting, publish it in the Core line.</blockquote>
