I did the report over 10 years ago)... in a house that his siblings and a young niece or nephew also live in, and they both go to the local playground to blow their heads off.  One suceeds, but the other lives.  While recovering, he mentions that the music told him to do it and so his family proceeds to sue Judas Priest, who were found not responsible.  So never mind the beer, the pot, or the extremely easy access to a weapon... it was the music, or the RPG, or the video game.  Basically, I think people like to blame what they don't understand, because they feel guilt about whatever bad thing happened.</blockquote>
