While certain materials in the Epic Level Handbook would be nice to have official updates to, I think a revised FRCS would be just the thing to get me back into the Forgotten Realms.

That is basically what the Players Guide to Faerun is.

I voted the "Hero Builder's Guidebook". Something similar to that, i.e., a short introductory booklet that concentrates on the essentials for new players, would be a boon.

And I voted for Al-Qadim. But I'm not sure which 3.0 book you referred to, Joe.

I don't need any other revenants.

Hi all! :)

It has to be the Epic Level Handbook surely. I mean other books would benefit, but this one needs an update more than most...although I suppose you could say that about Deities & Demigods too.

There is little point updating the FRCS, that book must be 80%+ fluff, 20% mechanics.

In the ELH virtually the whole book is centred around the mechanics of epic play, and the parts that are not (Union and the adventure "Kerleth's Tower") need a severe rethink!

Yeah a revised SS wouldn't be too out of line IMHO. But a new, revised and better written ELH book, ESPECIALLY if Krusty did it, would be SOOO cool. :)
