It's landscape layout now and I finally figured out how to add backgrounds. I've added gear rules, vehicle construction rules, and super powers. The core rule book has information age tech level in it. I've also added some interesting rules for flaws in this. I would love for various groups to play test it for me. I need to know if it is clearly written and can be understood easily. It has a few new concepts that I want to make sure people understand. Thanks for any feedback.
