Night Hag Ray of emfeeblement

Heya!

I noticed that the Night Hag's specical ability to cast Ray of Emfeeblement hasa spell DC which I assume is a save. The spell out of the player's book does not allow a saving throw so I am confused.

Does a taregt get a saving throw s the Night Hag's Ray of Emfeeblement?

IMO, that's a mistake. The 3.0 SRD states:

Spell-Like Abilities: At will - detect chaos, detect evil, detect good, detect law, detect magic, magic missile, polymorph self, ray of enfeeblement, and sleep. These abilities are as the spells cast by an 8th-level sorcerer (save DC 11 + spell level).

while the 3.5 SRD states that:

Spell-Like Abilities: At will—detect chaos, detect evil, detect good, detect law, detect magic, magic missile, polymorph (self only), ray of enfeeblement (DC 12), sleep (DC 12). Caster level 8th.

In the 3.5, instead of simply giving the formula for calculating DC's, they calculated it for you, but IMO they were a little too zealous and gave DC's to powers and abilities that shouldn't get any.
