I like people who know the rules and have some energy, and this weeds out quite a few people. It also helps to see how they view the game. In 3.5, if they made up a reformed assassin, they pretty much got booted right there. If they had a first level character kill a horde of trolls attacking hteir village they gotthe boot. (I had both of those happen several times)If they did these ,then they got in though they might not have stayed long. Online I don't put up with a whole lot.</blockquote>
