Believe me, I'm a friendly and outgoing guy with a future career in preowned automobile retailing, (just ask Hal Greenburg and the Fiery Dragon guys). I saw a lot more smiles on people's faces around our booth, especially after I was pushing the give Hal a hug promotion, than at a lot of other places.
