Pathfinder 1E No Metamagic Rod of Still Spell in Pathfinder?

There isn't one in 3.5, either. I remember like 5 years ago playing a polymorphing sorcerer and wanting one, only to discover they did not exist and ranting to my friend/DM about how stupid that was.

I guess the reasoning is you need to wave the rod around to use it or whatever, so the designers figured you wouldn't be able to do that if you needed Still anyway. In my case, it was just because a lot of my forms lacked proper "hands," but could still hold a rod, so it was just annoying.

[sblock]The DM eventually included a still spell rod in a treasure haul, intending it to be a joke. Later still, I actually used it as a Roper with great success.

Just a few months ago, he restarted where that game left off, though it had numerous changes/tweaks. We got some character-appropriate bonus feats, and sure enough...I got still spell. :)[/sblock]

We were playing wrong; we thought you just had to have a rod in your pocket and you could use it whenever you wanted. You guys cleared that up.
